The Newspaper Registration System was established in 2002 to manage newspaper collection at the Green Library. Our focus is to support operational work in processing newspaper arriving at the library from around the world. Our goal is to understand how a newspaper flows through the library. We study many aspects of newspaper circulation from subscription to shelving. We have developed methods to predict delivery schedule of newspapers; track and automatically claim missing issues; architect the information to provide quick and simple user experience.
